How do I join Keeper?
Ask a friend who's already on Keeper to invite your phone number from the Friends screen. Sign up with that same number and you'll be friends with them automatically.
I didn't get my sign-in code.
During early testing, codes are delivered by hand. Text the friend who invited you and they'll send it. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if it's been a while.
Who can see my photos?
A roll you're still shooting is visible only to the people on it. Once it's finished, your friends and the friends of anyone on the roll can see it. The privacy policy has the full list.
Can someone find me who doesn't have my number?
No. Keeper has no search and no public profiles. People can only reach you if your number is already in their contacts.
How do I delete a roll or a photo?
While a roll is open, tap one of your photos in the roll to remove it. To delete a whole roll you created, open it and tap ⋯, then Delete. If someone else created a shared roll, you can leave it from the same menu.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@thatsakeeper.io with the phone number on your account. We'll confirm by text and delete your account, photos and posts within 30 days.
